We are a small, family run boarding cattery, situated in a peaceful garden environment, where your cats stay with us is safe, secluded and tranquil.
We are built to Feline Advisory Bureau standards, by a specialist manufacturer. Southend on Sea Borough Council also licenses us under the Animal Boarding Establishements Act 1963.
We are within easy reach of the A127 and A13 (view a map here), also London Southend Airport, but are situated in a peaceful area with no traffic noise.

accommodation
We have 7 spacious suites that are able to accommodate 1-2 cats in both full height and penthouse style. We are also able to provide facilities for 3 or 4 cats from the same family who are happy to share. All our suites are insulated for warmth and have full height sneeze barriers to safeguard our guests, as well as their own covered runs with the added protection of 3-door security. Isolation facilities are available, should they be needed and all our guests are covered by insurance during their stay. Our local Veterinary Hospital is on call 24 hours a day.

booking and payment
- Booking should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
- At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% is required and the balance is to be paid on collection of your cat(s).
- We accept cash and cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card. We do not have facilities for credit/debit cards.
- We offer 10% discount to long term boarders (over 1 month) and welcome payment on a monthly basis.
- The minimum booking is 3 days, and at Easter the minimum booking is 5 days.
- Deposits are non-refundable and there are no reductions for early collections.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the original booking will be subject to full boarding fees being payable.
